Privacy Policy
The essentials: your photos are used only to create your video. We don't sell them, we don't publish them without your permission, and we don't use them to train artificial intelligence. You can ask us to delete everything at any time.
This is an English translation of the Hebrew privacy policy. If there is any conflict or difference between the versions, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The controller of the LifetimeReel service's database is Alpha M.F. Ltd (Alpha MF), company no. 517088423 (the "Company", "we" or "us"). For any privacy question or request: hello@lifetimereel.com.
This policy was written in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to the law, and the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Data Security), 5777-2017. It is addressed to all genders equally.
2. What information we collect
- Account details: your email address, and your name if you choose to give it.
- Content you upload: photos, the order of the photos, the recipient's name, the dedication text, and songs you upload.
- Generated content: the clips and the final video.
- Purchase details: the package purchased, the amount, the date and the transaction ID. Credit card details are given directly to the payment processor or to PayPal and are not stored by us.
- Support requests: the content of your correspondence with us by email or WhatsApp, including the phone number you contacted us from.
- Basic technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and server logs, for security, abuse prevention and fixing faults.
You are not legally required to give us any information. However, without an email address and photos we can't provide the Service.
3. Why we use the information
- To create the clips and the video you asked for, and to keep them in your account.
- To sign you in to your account with a one-time code by email.
- To process payments, issue receipts and handle refund requests.
- To provide support and answer your questions.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud and abuse of the free trial.
- To send operational updates about your video. Marketing emails are sent only if you agreed to receive them, and you can always unsubscribe.
4. What we don't do
- We don't use your photos or videos to train artificial intelligence models. Video generation providers receive each photo only to create its clip, through a temporary link, and their own terms of use and privacy apply to them.
- We don't sell personal information to anyone.
- We don't publish your photos or videos, not even as an example, without your explicit written consent.
- We don't process the photos for biometric identification of people. The photos are used only to create visual motion.
5. Photos of minors and other people
Many photos include children, family members or people who are no longer with us. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have permission to do so and, for photos of minors, that you are their parent or guardian or are acting with their consent. We treat all photos as sensitive information, keep them only in your private account, and delete them on request. If you appear in a photo that was uploaded without your knowledge, contact us and we'll take care of it.
6. Who we share information with
To run the Service we rely on subcontractors, who receive only the information they need and are obliged to protect it:

Some providers store or process information outside Israel. Such transfers are made in accordance with the Protection of Privacy Regulations (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad), 5761-2001, and subject to commitments to protect the information. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law or by an order of a competent authority.
7. How long we keep information

8. Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you have, among others, the following rights:
- Access: to receive the information we hold about you.
- Correction: to ask us to correct information that is not accurate, complete, clear or up to date.
- Deletion: to ask us to delete your account, photos and videos. Deletion will be completed within 30 days at most.
- Unsubscribing: at any time, by clicking the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Send requests to hello@lifetimereel.com from the email address registered to your account, so we can verify the request came from you. If you're not satisfied with how we handled it, you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
9. Data security
We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect information, in line with the Data Security Regulations: encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, restricting access to employees and providers who need it, private and time-limited download links, and access logging. No system is completely immune, and if a serious security incident occurs, we will act as required by law, including reporting it to the Authority and to affected users.
10. Cookies
We use a minimal number of cookies: an essential cookie that keeps you signed in to your account, and cookies needed for security and for the payment process. With your consent, we also use the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel to measure which of our ads work: it records visits, sign-ups, creating your free clip and payments, and which ad brought you here. When you sign up or pay, we also send Meta your email address in one-way hashed form so it can match the action to an ad. We never send Meta your photos, videos or anything you upload. You can decline in the cookie banner, and change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may then not work properly.
11. Minors
The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from users under 18 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you learn that a minor opened an account without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. An updated version will be published on this page with the date of the update, and a material change will also be brought to your attention by email.
